Data Deletion Instructions

EvolucentAI is operated by Eulogik. When you connect a Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, Google Business Profile or LinkedIn account to EvolucentAI, we store an encrypted access token and basic account identifiers (page / account / location IDs and names) so we can publish content you approve. We do not sell this data.

Delete it yourself

1. Sign in at evolucentai.com and open the Social studio.
2. Under Connected channels, click disconnect on each channel. The stored token and identifiers are deleted immediately.
3. Optionally remove the app from your platform settings: Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations; Google → myaccount.google.com/permissions; LinkedIn → Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services.

Automatic deletion from Facebook

If you remove EvolucentAI from your Facebook Business integrations and request deletion, Facebook notifies us and we delete the connected Facebook and Instagram channels linked to your account. You receive a confirmation code; check its status at /en/data-deletion-status.

Delete everything

Email hello@evolucentai.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my data”. We complete verified requests within 30 days.
